Your experience matters
Solas welcomes complaints, suggestions and compliments from people receiving support, families, representatives, staff and partner organisations. Raising a concern should not lead to unfair treatment or a lower standard of service.
You can contact Solas by phone, email or the website feedback form. Include the relevant date, service and a clear description of what you would like reviewed. Avoid sending unnecessary health information through ordinary email.
The complaint will be acknowledged, reviewed by an appropriate person and followed by an explanation of the next steps. Serious safety concerns may be handled under safeguarding or incident procedures instead of the standard complaint process.
If you need communication support or want a representative to assist you, tell Solas when making the complaint. A final publication version should add confirmed response times, appeal steps and any external escalation route that applies to the service.
